INFORMATION
AND FINAL NOTIFICATION
The
union of Burma is now one of the poorest countries
in the world where as once it was one of the richest
counties in the South-East Asia . Today the people
of Burma are suffering the worst condition struggling
hard to survive under the military rule because of
the man made problems and hardship in Burma many peace
loving Burmese people were compelled to leave their
own country and took refuge in many countries of the
world in search of safety and to escape well founded
fear of persecution at the hands of their own government.
The entire Burmese people are now passing through
a very critical condition being subjected to unjustified
rule of the SPDC military junta and victims' oppression
and suppression.
Amongst
all ethnic suffering nationalities of Burma , we the
Rohingya are worst victim and top of the list of deprivation
of minimum human rights including the most basic right
of citizenship. The Rohingya are the victims of the
genocidal action of the current military government.
So, we have to struggle hard with the available means
and resources to restore our fundamental rights in
our homeland Burma .
There
are many Heroic Rohingya patriots who have been endeavoring
for the cause of Rohingyas and many more have sacrificed
their lives in defense of Rohingyas rights, still
today there are many Rohingyas working hard and raised
strong voices against the tyrannical Burmese military
regime for which they are suffering long term sentences
languishing in the prison.
In
all of those Heroic Rohingyas, U Kyaw Min (aka) Master
Shamsul Anwar is the most respected Rohingya patriotic
leader who has been elected by the majority Rohingyas
as a MP from his Constituency. He is leader of NDPHR
election winner party of Rohingyas and a member of
CRPP ( Committee Representing Peoples' Parliament
) because of his peaceful democratic struggle for
the cause of Rohingyas in Association with other leading
democratic Burmese parties the SPDC government imprisoned
and convicted him for 47 years on fabricated ground
of nationality and his family members were given each
17 years imprisonment on unjustified conviction of
co-operation
U
Kyaw Min is the most valuable and dignified personality
of Rohingya which not a single Rohingya would object
, if any one such person who attempts to tarnish the
reputation and image of our great Leader U Kyaw Min
will be surely rejected by Rohingya general masses
and even he would be punished by the people.
In this regards, U Salim Ullah , a Rohingya Patriot
who has been living in Japan formed BRAJ " Burmese
Rohingya Association in Japan " since 1994 and
working hard for democracy and restoration of Rohingyas
and Burmese people rights in Burma with other organizations
like " BAIJ " Burmese Association in Japan
in 1993.He also cooperated and worked with Japanese
NGO group PFB " People Forum on Burma "
for 1996 to 1999. Also U Salim Ullah was appointed
as a representative of ARNO for Japan from 1996 to
2000. He is first person Rohingya in Japan who showed
the guidance to the fellow Rohingyas over here. He
was the Convener and founding president of BRAJ.
In
2001 the presidency of BRAJ was given to Mr.Zaw Min
Htut ( aka) Lukman Hakim and we were working together
in BRAJ, unfortunately , Mr.Zaw Min Htut insulted
our Rohingya National Leader U Kyaw Min calling in
bad names and disrupting his image many times on various
occasions. U Salim Ullah a long with other Rohingyas
repeatedly requested BRAJ EC Members to take action
on this misbehavior and ill treatment of Mr.Zaw Min
Htut to our concern has been taken into consideration
by BRAJ.
Even
U Kyaw Min himself directed us and advised Mr.Zaw
Min Htut not to use his name and other material documents
for personal gain and to refrain from disgraceful
activities. However, Mr.Zaw Min Htut did make more
dirty remarks about the U Kyaw Min and still today
he is calling various bad names against our patriotic
leader U Kyaw Min.
Based
on more aggressive attitude of Mr.Zaw Min Htut in
the BRAJ towards all BRAJ members and discrimination
to helping of newly coming helpless Rohingya refugee
in Japan , having found no alternative, we have to
find a new path through a new Organization.
We
have in the meantime repeatedly urged Mr.Zaw Min Htut
and warned him not scold our respected leader U Kyaw
Min , however , he does not care our suggestion and
demand. Few days ago, Mr.Zaw Min Htut used the name
and status of our respected leader U Kyaw Min for
his personal and political gain which is not acceptable
to Rohingya in Japan and Burma . So we the members
of " ARAKAN ROHINGYA ORGANIZATION-JAPAN "
earnestly request Mr.Zaw Min Htut not to mis-use the
name and political status of our leader U Kyaw Min
in the future as he is in constant accusation and
attempting the character assassination of U Kyaw Min
in degrading ways and manners in public.
As
Mr. Zaw Min Htut has been repeatedly refused to listen
our call in stubbornness, this letter and Notification
should be regarded as a FINAL WARNING to stay away
any more from the degrading and disgraceful attitudes
towards our Rohingya National Patriotic leader U Kyaw
Min (aka) Shamsul Anwar.
Let
us work hard unitedly and sincerely for the sacred
cause of suffering Rohingyas!
